Return policy

We want you to always be satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your order.

Return period:

You have 30 days from the day you received your order to request a return.

Conditions for returns:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with all labels intact.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box, which must not be damaged.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions unfortunately cannot be returned.

How to return a product?

Send an e-mail to info@yamiyume.com with your order number, the description of the item and the reason for the return. We will then assist you further.

Shipping costs:

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item. Do not forget to send the parcel with track & trace. Please note that our return address is in China, so shipping costs may be higher.

Refund policy

Refund processing time:

Once we have received and confirmed your return, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Method of refund:

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund amount:

We will refund the amount of the returned goods, but shipping costs will not be refunded, unless otherwise stated.

If you have not received a refund within 7 working days, please contact us.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation deadline:

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.

Cancellation after shipment:

If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we can no longer cancel it. However, you can return the item once you have received it.

Address for returns

All returns must be sent to our warehouse in China. You will receive the exact return address once you have reported the return via e-mail. Please remember that the return must be sent with Track & Trace.

Important note:

When purchasing items as part of a ‘1+1 free’ promotion, both items must be returned to receive a refund.
